About Course
Most meditation courses teach stillness for wellbeing. This one teaches it for something more specific. Research on contemplative practice consistently shows that certain meditative states reduce the brain’s filtering of incoming information — meaning more comes through, not less.
Every tradition that has ever worked seriously with inner perception, from ancient India to the Sufi lineages to the contemplative practices of indigenous healers worldwide, starts with the same instruction: quiet the mind first. This course gives you the practical toolkit to do exactly that — three distinct practices, each taking five minutes, that together produce the settled and receptive inner state that underpins every perception skill in the MMI library.
