1. About Mind Magic Institute

Mind Magic Institute (“MMI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online learning platform operated by MM Institute. Our website is located at mindmagicinstitute.com.

2. Who Can Use This Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course or create an account on this platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our courses are available to students anywhere in the world. All content is in English.

3. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a course or bundle from Mind Magic Institute, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Individual courses include lifetime access — you can return and re-watch any lesson as many times as you like, for as long as the platform remains operational.

Bundles include lifetime access to all courses listed within that bundle at the time of purchase. If new courses are added to a bundle category after your purchase, these will not automatically be included unless otherwise stated.

Memberships (Explorer, Practitioner, Master) provide access to the courses described in the membership tier for as long as your subscription remains active. Access ends when the membership is cancelled or lapses.

“Lifetime access” for individual courses and bundles means access for the operational lifetime of the Mind Magic Institute platform.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Prices may change from time to time. The price you paid at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order — price changes do not affect purchases already made.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected) until cancelled. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

Because our courses are digital products delivered with immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy once a course has been accessed.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at hello@mindmagicinstitute.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact us within 7 days at hello@mindmagicinstitute.com and we will review your case.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mind Magic Institute platform — including course videos, audio, written materials, workbooks, graphics, and course structure — is owned by Mind Magic Institute or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, share, upload to other platforms, sell, or modify any course content without our prior written consent. This includes screen recording, transcription, or sharing login credentials with others.

Your licence to access course content is for personal use only. It is not transferable.

To access purchased courses, you will create an account on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Do not share your account login with others. Each purchase is for a single user only. If we identify account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without refund.

9. Affiliate Programme

Mind Magic Institute operates an affiliate programme. Affiliates earn a commission on sales they generate through their unique referral link. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising standards where required.

If you have enrolled in the affiliate programme, you agree to promote MMI courses honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate agreements and withhold commissions if these terms are breached.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mind Magic Institute and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this platform or its content.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or product.
