You’ve heard about this subject but never seriously looked into it. You want a solid overview before committing to any particular area.

Start with P-S1 — Your Mind, Your Signal ($19). It covers the basics of how psychic ability works, the science behind it, and what you’ll be building on. Most students begin here regardless of where they end up going.

I want the science first — I need evidence before I take this seriously

You’re sceptical. You want to know what’s been studied, what’s been replicated, and what the actual evidence looks like before spending time or money on any of this.

Start with S-S1 — The Science of Psi ($19). Covers peer-reviewed research, government-funded programmes, and the state of the evidence honestly — including where it’s contested and where the gaps are. No belief required.

I’m interested in meditation and calming my mind

You want stillness, better focus, and the kind of mental quiet that makes everything else in daily life easier.

Start with P-S2 — The Quiet Mind ($19). A practical toolkit drawn from Tibetan, Yogic, and Western traditions — short sessions, no mystical language, usable from the first lesson.

I feel very sensitive to people and places — I absorb other people’s energy

You pick up on the emotional states of people around you, feel drained after crowds, or sense the atmosphere of a room before anyone speaks. This has always been part of you and you want to understand it.

Start with P-S4 — Clairsentience: The Feeling Sense ($19). Specifically about that sensitivity — what it is, how it works, and how to develop it as a skill rather than just manage it as a burden.

You’re drawn to energy work. You want to understand what the human energy field actually is and how to work with it.

I want to protect my energy — I feel affected by other people or environments

Start with E-S2 — Psychic Protection & Energetic Hygiene ($19). Covers clearing, grounding, and shielding in plain practical terms.

I’m interested in dreams — understanding them, or learning to control them

You want to work with your dreams more deliberately — remembering them, understanding what they mean, or learning to become aware inside them.

Two options:

I’m drawn to ancient traditions — Hermetics, sacred geometry, mystery schools

You feel a pull toward the older systems of knowledge — the philosophical frameworks that underpin most Western esoteric and spiritual traditions.

Start with A-S1 — The Hermetic Laws ($19). The seven Hermetic principles appear, in different forms, across almost every tradition in this area. The most useful single framework for understanding the rest.
